Be mentored by the Director of Internal Audit and interface extensively with senior management within all operational business units and financial arenas. Be responsible for operational and financial audits of critical business processes by identifying and assessing business risks, evaluating internal controls and process improvement opportunities, and determining adherence to policies, procedures, laws and regulations. Evaluate sales/marketing strategies, contract negotiations, revenue cycles, regulatory requirements and shared services to mention a few. Proven supervision of managing multiple projects is key in this fast paced business culture.
Requirements :
BA, Accounting with CIA, CPA and/or MBA preferred. 2+ years of auditing experience gained in public accounting or corporate industry. Must be able work independently in a team environment. Thorough understanding of internal control systems and auditing/consulting concepts, techniques and principles. Travel primarily within New England.
